Where we come from
Building operations
Eight mixed-use buildings and more than 100 units in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv: day-to-day operations, leasing, contractors and the delivery of building projects. We read a building the way its next owner will have to live with it.
Finance and special transactions
Niche deals, including unique land assets; working with international investors; negotiating with developers and contractors. We see the value a building holds beyond its apartments.
What we stand by
- We act for the buyer. Our fee is agreed in writing before any file is shared: 2% + VAT, the customary buyer's fee.
- Every figure has a source. Where a number is the seller's, we say so. Where we checked it, we say against what.
- We tell you which buildings we'd pass on. And why. A shorter list you can trust is worth more than a longer one.
- Discretion. Addresses are shared privately, and your brief stays between us.
