The information is the sellers'

Prices, sizes, rents, numbers of units, building rights, tenancy and descriptions are provided by the sellers and their representatives. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a building may have been sold or withdrawn since the site was last updated. Translations are ours and may contain errors.

Only what appears under “Public records” has been checked by us, against the municipal register, on the date shown there. Ratios such as price per square meter and gross yield are arithmetic on the sellers' figures; price per square meter counts balconies at half their area. For comparison, a building's page may show the median price of recorded apartment sales nearby (Israel Tax Authority) and the median asking price of other buildings on the site. Both are reference points, not a valuation of the building.

Not an offer, not advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a valuation, or legal, tax, planning or investment advice. Before committing to anything, have the building, its title, its planning status and its tenancies checked by your own lawyer, appraiser and engineer. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at a reference rate and are indicative; the asking price is the one in shekels.

Brokerage

IsraelBuilding acts as a real-estate broker. We provide brokerage services, and are owed a brokerage fee, only under a signed brokerage agreement, as the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law requires. Using the site or sending an inquiry does not by itself create such an agreement. Signing our brokerage order online does: it is a brokerage agreement, and a copy of it is emailed to you when you sign. You may sign the order in English, Hebrew, French or Spanish; the version you sign is the one that binds.

Photographs

Photographs of a building are provided by the seller and show it as the seller chose to present it. Where a building has no photographs of its own, the site may show a photograph of the neighborhood. It is always labeled “Area photo”, it does not show the building for sale, and its author and license are listed under Photo credits.

Using the site

You may use the register to find and assess buildings for yourself or for the people you act for. Please do not copy the register in bulk, republish it, or collect it by automated means.

Liability and governing law

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, IsraelBuilding is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
